Fabrication and welding of multiple structural skid frames and pipe spooling for large volume water transfer station. ​​

• Procurement of all fabrication materials including pipe, fittings, structural beams, studs, gaskets.

• Workshop fabrication of 2 x large transfer pump skids and 2 x small transfer pump skids including all associated pipe spooling.

• Non-destructive testing of all welds.

• Workshop hydro-testing of completed spools.

• 2 coat system applied to all spools.

• Fabrication of structural support components.

• Assembly of pipe spooling on skids in workshop with complete flange management documentation

• Fabrication, welding, hydrotesting and painting of all off skid tie-in spooling. 

• Full MDR documentation package.
