Installation

Quality Process Services have experienced personnel and equipment ready for field installations in both greenfield and brownfield work areas. Key areas of this include:

Project planning.
Site measuring and surveying.
Project co-ordination.
Logistics required for all tasks including freight to and from site.
Construction and installation of pipework, valves, instrumentation and supports.
Civil construction.
Pipeline repairs (clock springs/pressure containment sleeves).
Sandblasting co-ordination.
Wrapping and coating pipelines and above ground pipework.
Maintenance and minor shutdowns.
Pressure testing of piping systems and pressure vessels, including hydro-testing and pneumatic testing.
QA/QC documentation (MDR) as required by applicable standards.

Repairs and Modifications

Quality Process Services have developed a reputation with our customers of having the ability to carry out emergency/priority works in a very short time frame. Common requirements for repairs include:

Internal cleaning of vessels.
Material testing - samples taken and tested by NATA accredited testing facilities.
Post welding heat treatment where required.
In-situ non-destructive testing.
Consistent monitoring of heat input and pre-heating.
Surface preparation and coating of repaired welds or defects.
Quality documentation with full traceability.

Fabrication

Quality Process Services are equipped to fabricate all diameters and sizes of pipe spools and vessels. All work carried out is done so in accordance with our ISO9001:2015 accredited quality system. Below are some steps carried out during the workshop process:

Fabrication of process piping.
Fabrication of pressure vessels, along with repairs and modifications of existing vessels.
Fabrication structural steel.
Surface preparation.
Coating to applicable specifications and standards.
Pressure testing of piping systems and pressure vessels, including hydro-testing and pneumatic testing.
Inspection and testing services.
QA/QC documentation (MDR) as required by applicable standards.
